Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join our growing team. The role involves assembling small liquid refrigerant pumps used in refrigeration applications.
No specific qualifications are required, although experience or knowledge related to refrigeration systems would be beneficial. Full training will be provided on our products and assembly procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble small liquid refrigerant pumps from components and parts
* Work with approximately seven pump models, all of which have similar assembly requirements
* Build around three pumps per day (each pump typically takes around one hour to assemble)
* Perform pressure testing to ensure assembled pumps are leak-free
* Conduct helium leak testing using specialist equipment
* Clean completed pumps before packaging
* Prepare products for shipment to customers
* Maintain a clean and organised work ar...
