About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Admin Officer , you will support the QA, Fraud Investigation, and Credit Risk functions by conducting fraud investigations, completing due diligence reviews, monitoring watchlists, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external fraud prevention networks to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining high service standards.
