Role Overview: The Assistant Account Manager & Client Activation supports the National Account Manager and Sales Team in managing key grocery and pharmacy accounts. The role ensures smooth account operations, drives client activation programs, and supports business growth through accurate coordination, reporting, and promotional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist account management: category reviews, NPD proposals, JBP tracking, client communications, and event preparation.
- Analytics & reporting: prepare performance reports, contribute to forecasting, analyze promotions, and gather market insights.
- Promotions & retail media: coordinate in-store activations, POS, and retail media compliance; monitor planogram and promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and company code of conduct; contribute to a positive workplace culture.
