You own defined insurance servicing outputs—policy checks, endorsements, loss runs, and certificate issuance—that keep account managers ahead of client deliverables and carrier deadlines. Your work runs through the Fulcrum policy check platform and feeds directly into Epic, where every flagged discrepancy, correction, and update must be captured cleanly before a policy is released to the client.
This is not a reactive support role. You operate within structured queues, follow established review protocols, and are trusted to ask sharp questions rather than guess when something doesn’t reconcile. Best suited for professionals who thrive on precision, sustain focus across high-volume processing days, and prefer clear standards over ambiguity.
