Job Description
Assistant Accountant
We are hiring Assistant Accountant who will support the finance team through a third-party hiring arrangement. The candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
- Process invoices, payments, and expense entries
- Perform bank and supplier reconciliations
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Assist in VAT documentation and filing support
- Support monthly closing and audit preparation
- Update accounting data in ERP/accounting software
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
