Job Summary

A bartender is responsible for preparing and mixing all types of drinks, maintaining inventory and sales reports, handling cashiering tasks when assigned, and ensuring the bar area and equipment remain clean and well stocked.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete stock orders at the end of the evening shift.
• Ensure bartenders are trained according to the submitted Training Plan and attendance registers are signed and submitted to the Training Department on completion.
• Monitor that all drinks made adhere to the recipes and meet resort standards.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests according to prescribed service rules with emphasis on accuracy and speed.
