Develop training plans for players in conjunction with other coaches
Assist in overseeing the running of specific events as needed at home games as directed by head coach and Athletic Director
Contribute to game line-up planning with other coaches
Attend and coach at all practices
Attend and coach at all games
Assist other coaches in monitoring team members’ practice attendance, school attendance, meet/match attendance, and grades
Assist other coaches in enforcing team policies
Responsible for providing student-athletes with feedback about their performance related to disposition, behavior, and team skills
Successful completion of the required WIAA Rules Exam and video by the start of the sports season
