Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager for a top engineering, construction, and consulting client. This individual will support major water, wastewater, pipeline, and infrastructure projects throughout Virginia, including a flagship $80M-$90M project in Winchester. The Assistant Construction Manager will spend the majority of their time in the field coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and quality initiatives, reviewing project documents, handling RFIs, and driving daily construction execution. This role offers a clear growth path from Project Engineer-level responsibilities into Project Management and Construction Management, providing exposure to large-scale projects, financial management, scheduling, contract administration, and client-facing responsibilities.
