Assistant Controller

Description We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our team in Fremont, Ohio and support the financial performance of a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with division leadership to strengthen accounting processes, deliver accurate reporting, and provide insight that supports sound business decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting, hands-on experience in financial analysis, and the ability to work effectively across purchasing, inventory, payroll, and operations.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Controller in overseeing daily accounting activities across billing, receivables, payables, purchasing, payroll, the general ledger, fixed assets, credit oversight, and inventory-related accounting.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard cost models and cost estimates by applying activity-based costing methods to manufacturing operations.
