客服青训:
专业知识:
-精通货运流程,熟悉报关流程,了解仓库运营知识和仓库系统WMS
-能够制定项目中级难度的解决方案
商务意识:
-能有效进行商务沟通,有一定的归纳、梳理、分析和总结能力,能判断出问题的关键点并及时跟进
-对项目收入和支出有清晰概念,有良好的成本意识,能***限度创造合理利润
沟通技能:
负责项目对内对外的沟通:
-对外沟通:
与客户、供应商、货代保持良好沟通,快速反馈,高效跟进
-对内沟通:
与客服内部、关务、运输、运营和其他辅助职能部门保持密切高效沟通,以保证日常业务的正常运行
-语言要求:
根据项目需求,需要对港澳或国外客户的岗位要求粤语或英语听说读写能力良好
流程管理:
-协助客服经理制订项目SOP,确保项目各环节按照SOP执行
