Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Oversee all QEHS and ECM functions (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety), working closely with department heads to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, KPIs, and company policies
Identify, assess, and advise on workplace risks recommend and implement measures to eliminate or control them
Manage and maintain documentation for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards
Conduct regular internal audits of QEHS management systems
Deliver QEHS-related training to employees
Facilitate management review meetings
Update and communicate relevant legal and regulatory requirements to staff and stakeholders
Maintain and promote green initiatives for GGBS certification
Analyze accident data and implement improvement programs
Organize company-wide QEHS awareness and promotional activities
Plan and carry out cross inspections across project sites
