Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers at the sales counter and provide friendly service.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with order placement, membership registration, and counter inquiries.
- Provide customers with information regarding company products and services.
- Perform administrative tasks such as handling email inquiries, preparing sales reports, and issuing requisition forms.
- Support daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum STPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
