Assistant Facility Manager - Smart Factory Operations

DBEST (SINGAPORE) FACILITY TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager for a newly constructed factory in the Tuas area. You will assist the facility manager in delivering high-level property management services and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance schedules, vendor management, and defect management during the liability period. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in facilities management and relevant technical qualifications.
