Assistant Financial Accountant

About the role 
Our client is looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join their team on an initial contract. The ideal candidate for this role will have expereince posting journals, daily invoicing, month-end close and assisting with BAS preparation. 

The responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:

• Undertaking daily reconciliations
• Assisting with month end closing 
• Posting journals
• Assisting with the reporting of P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Daily Invoicing 
• Assist with Accounts Payables and Receivables
• Other month-end processes

 
The successful applicant will have

• Ideally SAP Experience 
• At least 2 years experience in an accounts related role
