Job Description
Honeywell is looking for an Assistant General Counsel – APAC based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role provides strategic legal advice and support to business units and corporate functions, with responsibilities that include drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, conducting legal training, managing corporate governance, and leading litigation and arbitration across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and advise on law and a wide range of legal and compliance matters relating to commercial issues, product liability, anti‑trust, etc.
- Draft, negotiate and manage legal documentation for a broad range of commercial transactions (e.g., sales agreements, distributorship agreements, supply agreements, service agreements).
