Job Description
The Accommodation department is currently looking for an Accommodation Assistant to provide quality service to our guests and ensure the cleanliness of all rooms and areas in a timely manner, in line with Red Carnation Hotels standards.
Key responsibilities of the Accommodation Assistant will include:
•Providing each guest with the highest levels of Housekeeping service in accordance with 5 star expectations and Red Carnation Hotels/Leading Hotels Standards
•To provide a full service to vacated bedrooms and replenish stayover bedrooms
•To provide guests, at all times, with the highest levels of guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the guests needs
The ideal candidate for the Accommodation Assistant position should:
•Have a friendly and outgoing personality
•Be enthusiastic and flexible (may need to work 3 days to 4 days over 7 day period, inclusive of some weekends)
