Your role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of assistants, where you will be responsible for providing key administrative and secretarial support to a department head based in Brussels, as well as supporting teams within the division.
A view on your tasks:
Provide secretarial/administrative support to a department head and their teams.
Use various business software applications (., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, …).
Maintain diaries and handle confidential matters.
