• Conduct thorough assessments of the condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems
• Oversee contractors, ensuring prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational delays and downtime.
• Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity of facilities management.
