Job Description

• Organises team activities and interfaces with other teams to ensure operational services to customers and business team meet internal & external customer service levels and operational KPIs.
• Implements service and team strategy plans and goals in collaboration with other teams/customers.
• Coaches & trains the team.
• Reviews business performance metrics, provides governance and resolution support.
• Implements and drives documentation and reporting of key metrics and results.
