Assistant Manager - Facade

Real Estate Developer is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager - Facade to be based at site for its high rise buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure articulate records for meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper management of all façade related works.
• Establish full project process KPIs and Identify Risks for project progress including involvement with all levels of stakeholders including Consultants, Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers.
• Liaison with all stakeholders and ensure seamless integration among all trades.
• Produce project management tools, templates, for the use in planning and monitoring of works including procurement, production, execution, snagging and project handing over.
• Review and provide recommendations on all project engineering submissions including Materials and Samples, Drawings, Calculations, Method Statements, Testing Plans, RFIs, against project design dr...
