The mission of the Assistant Manager Inbound Operations-Customs is to ensure efficient and compliant international trade management by streamlining import& export processes and reducing overall lead times.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
• Conduct and control full responsibility on HTS code classifications, CIQ pre-testing management, tariff info, internal and external trade contracts, duty free trade agreements, and equipped with awareness of regulation changes
• Collaborate with management team to resolve complex trade issues, ensuring full compliance with legal entities and regulatory authorities
• Drive continuous process improvements aligned with business needs, and proactively manage urgent or special situations with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions
