Assistant Manager / Manager (Treasury Branch)

As an Assistant Manager in the Finance Division, you will support the treasury and investment management activities of the Agency.

• Perform treasury activities related to cash flow projection, portfolio investments, borrowings, debt, and capital management.
• Monitor and assist in preparation of reports on the returns and risk performance of investment portfolios and external fund managers.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with investment policy and guidelines and statutory legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of all investment activities and transactions.
• Conduct research and analyse investments and green bond requirements.
• Administer debt financing programme including monitoring debt compliance and servicing debt obligations.
