Assistant Manager - Project Sales

The ideal candidate will lead a team to generate and engage with business partners to build new business prospects for the company. Ideal candidate should have strong communication skills with the ability to manage team . They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Assign PU targets to managers in consultation of Director.
• Achieve assigned PU target, revenue target and team targets.
• Check attendance and locations of team on daily basis.
• Ensure team reach assigned location on time.
• Make surprise visits to locations for proper check and balance
• Ensure Revenue target of his or her team
• Check KPIs of his team on daily basis.
