Assistant Manager - Shift Operations

Overview

You will be the overall in-charge of the shift, responsible for all production plants. You need to closely work with each production plant to ensure that the production operations are smoothly executing according to set plans meeting quality, compliance and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production operations in all plants
• Drive shift teams to achieve shift production targets
• People management and resolve priority requirements to meet customer delivery commitments
• Coordinate with relevant divisional heads about all priorities and focus areas
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to ensure the smooth operation of production processes across all production plants

Qualifications

• Degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering/NDT or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in manufacturing/operations
