KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Plan Execution & Learning Program Management Lead end‑to‑end execution of the annual training plan, including scheduling, vendor/facilitator coordination, logistics, communication, and tracking.Ensure accurate training records and support digital learning platforms as required. Talent & Performance Management Coordination Coordinate key milestones in the talent cycle: goal setting, mid‑year conversations, IDPs, talent review, succession planning, and year‑end performance management.Partner with HRBPs and managers to ensure smooth process execution and system utilization.
