Job Description
The Junior Dealer will support the Treasury department in managing the Bank’s liquidity, funding, and market risk positions. As a digital-first Islamic bank, the role involves executing Shariah-compliant money market and FX transactions, ensuring optimal yields on structural balances, and contributing to the development of data-driven treasury tools.
Job Responsibilities
Manage short-term funding
- Analyse and forecast daily and weekly liquidity needs based on market conditions, cash flow projections, investment maturities and statutory requirements
- Develop and implement funding strategies through various instruments
- Monitor funding costs and market trends, recommending adjustments to the funding strategy as needed
