Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Responsible for wave release and chasing, with comprehensive understanding of pre-wave planning. This includes delivery scheduling, operational workload, manpower, MHE, IT, and all relevant factors to create and release waves. Decisions on releasing tasks to the floor are made according to actual progress on the floor. Monitor wave progress, prioritise tasks, and deliver tasks to the floor in accordance with SLA. Together with operation team and planning team, make weekly outbound schedule. Liaise with each functional team to ensure daily delivery schedules are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
