Assistant needed for general IT tasks and troubleshooting

I'm looking for a flexible IT helper to assist with a variety of small to mid-size tasks. The role may include software updates, basic troubleshooting, setting up new devices, improving home network security, and helping with small database or spreadsheet automations. Preference for someone comfortable explaining steps clearly and documenting changes. Availability on weekdays, with a focus on 2-4 hour sessions. Must be patient, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Irish location, English language requested. Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS, routers, and common software is a plus.
