Location: Ang Mo Kio Job Category: Nursing Posting Date: 24 May 2026 Job Responsibilities You will be working closely with the Nurse/ Care Manager to provide safe, cost effective and quality nursing care to patients in accordance to policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, professional competencies and practices to achieve the desired patient outcomes. He/ she should practice within enhanced levels of clinical competence and decision-making skills whilst being imbued with clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills that promotes safety of patient and the team members. He/ she shall be a good team player, be analytical, insightful, and highly motivated.

• Implements patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) and according to assessed needs and health condition(s).
