Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Assistant Operations Manager role is pivotal in ensuring smooth functioning of pension operations. Responsibilities encompass managing processes related to pension administration, overseeing employee performance, and tracking targets to ensure efficiency and compliance. The role is open to suitably qualified Caymanians.

• Oversee the administration of a pension plan, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze trends in pension processing times, accuracy rates, and customer satisfaction levels
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the pension operations team.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-training to enhance team members' skills and capabilities
