About the Role
At the Nutricia Research Centre for Specialized Nutrition, located at the Utrecht Science Park, researchers work daily on innovative nutritional solutions for vulnerable groups such as infants, the elderly and patients.
As an Assistant Buyer / Junior Buyer, you support the R&I team in purchasing materials, reagents, equipment and other supplies necessary for research projects. You help ensure a smooth buying process so that researchers always have access to the right materials at the right time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Procurement Process
Process purchase requests from researchers, ranging from standard laboratory consumables to more specialized items.
Request quotations from suppliers and compare prices, lead times, and conditions.
Create and place purchase orders according to internal procedures.
