Job Description
Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Bachelor of Science Degree, or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Social.
- Must be professionally registered with ECSA and SACPCMP.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience as a Resident Engineer on large-scale, multi-disciplinary engineering and construction projects.
- Must have experience in the administration and management of complex construction contracts.
- Must have proven experience on structural projects involving water-retaining structures.
- Must have been involved in at least three (3) projects with a construction value exceeding R250 million each.
- Must have sound knowledge and practical application of the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) 2010 and GCC 2015.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
