Assistant Retail Operations Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Leadership & Team Management Lead the overall Singapore retail operations structure and store network. Manage and develop the Retail Store Operations Lead and Retail Store Performance Lead. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to strengthen store management capability. Foster strong collaboration between operations and commercial performance functions. Build a high-performance and customer-centric retail culture.
Retail Operations Management Conduct regular weekly store visits to ensure operational excellence, identify business opportunities, and provide on-ground coaching to store leadership teams. Ensure smooth and consistent execution of retail operations across all Singapore stores. Oversee implementation of SOPs, operational policies, and retail standards.
