Assistant Service Engineer/Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and technicallyskilled Assistant Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, andtroubleshooting of hardware equipments. The role involves field service,customer support, and technical assistance to ensure smooth functioning ofequipment.
Job Description -Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware/software atcustomer sites.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenanceon equipment. -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/softwareissues. -Support senior engineers in service calls,repairs, and customer training. -Document all service activities, includingservice reports and technical issues. -Provide technical support via phone, email,or on-site visits. -Maintain tools, parts, and inventory. -Coordinate with Operations teams for timelyservice delivery. -Follow safety and operational proceduresduring all field activities.
