Assistant Underwriter-Property

Assist the Underwriters to carry out all tasks relating to the underwriting and reinsurance of the division to provide appropriate customer focused products and maximise profitability to the division, always bearing in mind the relationship between risk and return in respect of all underwriting activities.

• Provide pre/post‑underwriting and rating support to Underwriters, including but not limited to:
  • Manage the receipt and tracking of all submissions.
  • Loading client/account specific details into TMK’s pricing tools.
  • Co‑ordinating CAT Modelling.
  • Any applicable sanctions screening.
  • Accumulation checks (as applicable).
• Develop an internal network for facilitating the transfer of information and data between functions and department to service the requirements of the underwriters and clients.
