Description
The Senior AI Engineer is a senior professional responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the development of innovative and scalable AI solutions in coordination with the AI Innovation team. The overall objective is to leverage deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the execution of key AI initiatives and mentor other team members. This role supports a dual-track career path for both Senior Individual Contributors and developing People Managers (AVP).
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and lead the development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex Agentic solutions.
Define and drive technical strategy for AI projects, including making key decisions on architecture, frameworks, and tools. This includes evaluating different agentic architectures and evolving industry practices to select the optimal approach.
