The Associate Analyst is responsible to ensure customer orders are fulfilled based on customer required date CRD) or first commit date (FCD) of the company. He/she will be responsible in the review and analysis of CRD and FCD gaps, address root causes and recommend process and systems improvement to address the gaps. Flag critical order delivery misses to SCM Executives for escalation.

Responsibilities:

·Analyze CRD and FCD gap, constraint analysis, drive forecast/supply/buffer review and improvement to attain program goals.

·Identify process/system gap and drive improvement and permanent fix.

·Analyze and identify potential supply risk, proactively resolve bottleneck and constraint, and provide weekly updates.

·Verify and drive resolutions of non-manufacturing holds and maintain a low level of holds inventory.
