Associate, Commercial Asset Management (Mississauga)

About the Role

Fitzrovia is seeking an Associate, Commercial Asset Management to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the leasing, financial and operational performance of Fitzrovia’s expanding commercial portfolio, including retail and office assets across Toronto, Montreal, and future mixed‑use developments.

The Associate will work closely with the Asset Management and Property Management teams on commercial leasing initiatives, tenant relationships, property‑level analysis, budgeting, and operational oversight, while contributing to broader portfolio strategy and cross‑functional projects.

This role will also provide exposure to acquisitions, development, and residential asset management initiatives across the organization.
