Job description:


M andatory:
Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from premium Institute would be preferred.
Sound understanding of Human resources fundamentals, p roficiency in MS Office and Google Work Space.
Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, proactive nature, excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized with attention to detail, and good people skills .
T ravel independently within Mumbai-Thane and other cities across India for client connect and employee engagement meetings.
Key responsibilities :
Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s) and practices.
Contribute to designing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience .
Driv e engagement activities for specific BU s as well as M umbai location centric , independently with limited supervision.
