• Write and publish strategic blog content in line with the content calendar and propose new ideas.
• With direction from the SEO Manager, ensure all content is SEO optimized to drive impressions and organic leads - and regularly re-optimize existing content to improve rankings.
• Experiment with formats, hooks, and angles on social media to continuously learn what resonates.
• Use those insights to sharpen how the brand shows up.
• Build and manage presence on community platforms including Reddit, Quora, and relevant HR/global hiring forums, contributing genuinely useful content that establishes the brand as a trusted voice.
• Contribute to broader brand visibility efforts - including representation across web sources that AI agents and LLMs index and cite.
