He/ She should possess excellent leadership and organisational skills, have the ability to multi-task, willing to collaborate and be part of a team with great social and interpersonal skills.

The person shall be overall responsible for the growth of the institution, quality improvement, periodical reviews, placement and industry collaboration. He/she is required to provide guidance in planning, coordination and implementation of academic programmes as per the UGC rules and regulations and other statutory bodies like PCI/AICTE from time to time.
