Seeking 3–4 motivated dentists interested in long-term growth and a clear path to ownership.

Progressive Dental is a well-established, fully fee-for-service group with 5 locations across the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania. Our practices are supported by a strong clinical foundation, including $12M+ in annual revenue, 13,000+ active patients, and consistent new patient flow (150+ per month).

This is not a “build your schedule from scratch” role. You will step into immediate patient demand and a collaborative clinical environment from day one.
