Job Description
The Customer Engagement Lead will spearhead the business transformation of omnichannel customer engagement under the company's Customer 2030 strategy. Closely aligned with the global AI 30 initiative, this role will deeply empower the daily operations and strategic decision-making of business units by building multi-dimensional Customer 360 profiles and designing, as well as implementing, cutting-edge AI solutions.
You will act as the core digital strategic partner to Business Unit (BU) Heads, gaining deep insights into business pain points and growth opportunities. Through digital and intelligent capabilities, you will be dedicated to significantly enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the organization, helping the company achieve its commercial goals of being Faster, Smarter, and More Precise, and driving rapid, sustainable business growth in a complex market environment.
