Job Description
Completing a high volume of incoming customer requests daily. Responding to requests for standard documents, questionnaires, customer specifications, and quality agreements.
- Working collaboratively with regulatory, manufacturing, quality, legal, and customer support groups to complete customer questionnaires.
- Providing customer letters in response to standard inquiries; coordinating and overseeing the response to non-standard inquires and requests.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites
- Supporting the generation of needed documentation by working with appropriate parties within and external to quality.
- Collaborating with other members of the Quality team to maintain and continuously improve the systems and databases.
