A high-performing disputes practice is looking to add an Associate with strong commercial litigation and insolvency experience to its growing team.
This opportunity would suit a lawyer looking for stronger progression, better quality responsibility and a more entrepreneurial environment than a traditional top-tier or large mid-tier structure can often provide.

The practice acts across a broad range of complex disputes and insolvency-related matters, including:
• insolvency and restructuring disputes
• recovery and enforcement litigation
• ATO and government-related matters
• contractual and shareholder disputes
• court-facing litigation and strategic dispute resolution
