Job Description
Role:
• Contributes to setting the performance objectives for own team, regularly monitoring workload and progress
• Drives initiatives to improve candidate feedback mechanisms, ensuring the recruitment process for operational roles is responsive to candidate‘s needs, especially in addressing income continuity and security
• Provides guidance to the team on the design of accurate job descriptions for operational roles that reflect both the role requirements and the company‘s culture
• Partners with industry associations and local networking events to engage with contingent workers in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Ensures the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment metrics within Enterprise, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments
