**Key responsibilities.**
- Create/Register Claim.
- Match the back-up documentation/CSB from customer with the deduction.
- Follow up internally for documentation for all claim types to register a claim.

- Register claim request based on difference in quantity.
- Submits claim for validation and approval.
- Send to Finance for approval.
- Match the aggregated documentation with the Claim items and propose validation solution.
- Release claim request and automatically bill with the next SAP run and approved settlement.
