Associate - Presales
Job Scope
The Associate - Presales supports the Sales team with technical coordination, material preparation, and relationship management for effective pre‑sales operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales team by coordinating technical aspects of pre‑sales activities
- Support the Sales team in responding to customers requests understanding requirements, and tailoring proposals
- Support the Presales Engineer in creating demos, proposal documentations, and presentations
- Complete required pre‑sales documentation in a quick and accurate manner
- Provide support to the company partners and customers
- Respond to after‑hours support queries during assigned rotations and escalate issues if needed
Position Requirements
- French speaking language will be an advantage
