What You’ll Do
 :
Develop and maintain a detailed prioritized product backlog in concert with other Product Owners; prioritize and sequence the Backlog according to business value/ROI

Establish relationships with key partners to ensure their requirements are translated into the right technology solutions

Facilitate problem solving as required, working closely with design, development and delivery teams on implementation challenges

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the Salesforce platform

Lead change management stream to ensure smooth delivery of functional improvements, roadmap items and broader rollout of workflows to front and middle office teams

Engage with analytics teams to establish, measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features
