Job Responsibilities

  • Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement Perform end-to-end assessments of the . payroll lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies. Redesign workflows to reduce manual inputs, improve accuracy, and accelerate processing timelines.
  • System Integration & Automation Support and document automation projects leveraging Oracle HCM Payroll, Alteryx, and PEGA. Contribute to automation of repetitive activities (., validation and reconciliation), including the use of RPA where applicable.
